If you’re not up to assembling your own building, the pricing shown below reflects what licensed installers within the Metro Phoenix area charge for assembling our buildings. These prices reflect building and building accessory charges only—they do not include permit fees or concrete. Whether you choose a local handyman or use a licensed contractor, these prices should be an accurate benchmark for what an installation should cost you.

Remember—we can arrange for assembly of our buildings anywhere within the State of Arizona!

20’W x 25’L x 8.5’H : $1380.00
20’W x 35’L x 9.5’H : $1932.00

All garage kits and steel building installation prices include standard trim installation.

Building Accessories

Roll Up Garage Door Install:
$2.25 per square foot of door. Height over 10” high, please add .25 per square foot of door area.

Sectional Garage Doors:
Prices vary depending upon door selected.

Pedestrian Door Frame Out:
$70.00 (Standard 36" X 80" Aluminum Door)

Window Frame Out:
All sizes up to a 3' X 3' - $50.00 with $2.50 per square foot for larger sizes. Example: 4' X 6' window - $60.00. Windows are standard aluminum.

FOOTINGS, FLOORS AND CONCRETE WORK ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE INSTALLATION PRICES.

*DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION ARE CHARGED BASED ON AREAS WITHIN A 50-MILE RADIUS OF OUR LOCATION IN TEMPE, ARIZONA. ADDITIONAL MILEAGE OR PER DIUM CHARGES MAY APPLY OUTSIDE OF THIS AREA.
