Even Absolute Steel has to start somewhere and this is exactly how we came up with every style of building we have -- by asking someone to be our guinea pig!
As our guinea pig you will be the first to own a saltbox style steel building from Absolute Steel and you’ll get a superlative product!
But you ask, “Should I be apprehensive about being numero uno?”
No, you shouldn’t and here’s why. We know the building will *engineer (be permittable by your local building agency) so that’s not an issue. We are so sure - we will throw in the engineered permit drawings and structural calculations - a $650 value at no cost to our first customer.
- All the parts will be hands-on supervised by the owner and the general manager. Why? These will be the parts that jigs are set up from etc. so the parts will have “zero tolerances” and these are the only two people in the company authorized to make such parts.
- This building will have its assembly supervised by those two people and professionally installed by our best crew. It is only available on an installed basis because we will be photographing its installation for subsequent instructions and the finished building pictures will be featured in advertising. So you know we will make this a great example of our work!
- Rest assured this building comes with the same warranties as all of our buildings. The only difference being is that with the very first Maricopa building, you have the two people who have created the entire company doing the job for you.
The first Maricopa can be almost any width you want as long as the visual appearance and color selection is that of a “stock building”. In other words, we don’t care if it’s a 24' wide or a 30’ wide.(see standard dimensions below, additional width will add additional cost) The standard length or depth of the building is 24' and the structure is only available in that length or less. For the sake of being concise, let’s go through the building that we’d recommend, our standard sized two car garage kit available at this time for $8950.00:
- 24’ wide x 24’ long x 10.5’ high front-end, and an 8.5’ backend height. There is a 1/12 pitch to the roof.
- One (1) pedestrian door frameout with trim package
- Two (2) 10’ wide x 7’ high rollup door frames centered in front-end side with complete trim package.
- Metal steel tile on front-end can included as an option and will be simulated to look like mission tile.
