How do we do it, you ask?

You might ask, “Is this a quality product?”
You also might ask, “Am I going to get what I pay for?”

The answer to both those questions is a resounding, “Yes”.

But you’re still probably wondering how we can charge so much less than the competition and still continue to be in business, right?

First of all, we run a tight ship (Just ask our commercial credit department). We have our manufacturing and sales down to a science, which greatly reduces waste and overhead.”We choose our advertising carefully and ensure every promotional dollar pays for itself. We automate our internal systems as much as we can.

For example, the Absolute Steel Estimator is an automated program that configures all the individual parts, including panels and trim, for every one of the buildings we offer. This makes our Order Fulfillment Department incredibly efficient, giving them the time to individualize every single set of instructions.

And this saves you an incredible amount of time at the jobsite!

We don’t have any frills like fancy leather office chairs. Everything we have we pay in full for it when we need it. We’re not a debt-ridden company that has to have you, the consumer, support exorbitant interest costs. An example of this tight-fisted philosophy is how we use our excess land: we don’t pay rent; we derive enough income from it to pay for a big part of our overhead.

And despite having 30 day terms from all our vendors/suppliers, we pay all our bills every single week. This is why we purchase our products for less than the nationwide mass merchants (who probably dispute and chisel them sixty days after receiving the invoices).

We choose our employees very carefully. This is not a company that a laggard can make it in; they just won’t be tolerated.

Second, we’re straight shooters. There are no tricks in what we do, just good, old-fashioned, reliable business principles. Quite often we’re asked if we bait our customers with low pricing and then charge more once the customer is committed to the transaction.

No, we don’t.

We believe in the old saying, “You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin it once.” We know that ultimately, you’ll deal with a person and company you can trust. So go ahead, call us. After just a few minutes with one of our building consultants, you’ll appreciate the level of technical expertise they have on our products but more than that, you’ll appreciate the frankness and honesty you’ll feel right over the phone.

We know our product. After all, we’re the manufacturer.
